My evening skincare routine

Hello guys,

here is my nighttime skincare routine, quite few products are the same from the morning, but definitely I am removing my makeup in the evening, so there is that BIG extra step. I am sharing also why I like to go for certain products and why they work for me.

How to: Beautiful curls using Heated rollers

I didn't ever understand the hype about the heated rollers. Until I got them and I love them. My mum used to have heated rollers from previous century- and that was my only bad memory of plastic rollers that you put into boiling water and try to put them into hair without burning something.

The heated rollers of today are advanced, easy and cute looking. 

There are so many on the market, but I was drawn to Babyliss. I like that brand and love the sleek, black and sophisticated style.

 There are 8 large, 6 medium and 6 small rollers. For all of my hair I just need all the large ones and most of the medium ones. 

You can choose how to leave the rollers in place either by clips or metal pins. There is 10 clips and 20 metal pins in the pack. 

All the products I have used:

I apply heat protectant and brush it through before I apply heated rollers. It makes them a little bit damp, so the style stays for longer.

After taking out the rollers I like to make volume with Batiste XXL plumping powder, give a little bit smoother texture in the ends with hair oil and last but not least spraying finishing spray to let my curls last for as long as possible:)

NEW Maybelline Baby Lips

Every youtuber and blogger from US talked about them. They loved them. So there was no surprise when Baby lips finally came to UK, everyone went crazy. 

Currently they are on 3 for 2 in Boots and as well Superdrug, so for purchasing these you don't really have to break the bank as they retail of £2.99.

If I am should be honest, I just went mental as everyone was talking about them. Completely forgot why they are so amazing, but oh well, they are bloody amazing, trust me.

If you don't know what they are, they are lipbalms, some with a little bit of colour. 

There are 6 shades available, 3 of them to have a hint of colour. If you are not as obsessed as me, I would definitely recommend checking the coloured ones out. If you would though like to try the ones without colour, my favourite is Hydrate, it smells beautiful and hydrates very well.

I am impressed with the quality, giving just a hint of colour and pleasantly hydrating the lips.

Cherry me looks most natural on my lips- my lips but better kind of look.

Pink punch is quite bright pink, more suitable for you with pinky undertones.

And last but not least, perfect gentle peach shade which I have been mostly loving, using every single day since purchasing.

So do I recommend? Definitely!

With these, you can't go wrong. Do you have a teenage girl who wants to wear makeup? Perfect! Perfect for a little bit of colour, for everyday.

Summer heat beauty essentials

Happy Tuesday everyone, I found that I had this post here ready and forgot it to sent. I hope it will still help you with my few ideas of making the summer heat days more bearable and enjoyable:)

SKIN:
- light moisturiser (Clinique Moisture surge/ Biotherm aquasource)

MOTW: Formula 10.0.6 Pores be pure

I have bought this mask on my trip to Netherlands as it had size of 100 ml, which I could take in my hand luggage. Don't worry though, it wasn't the only reason why I bought it:)

These products you can definitely buy in US in stores and in UK I found it on this website: http://www.stylepit.co.uk/

My pores get very easily blocked, so helping them to stay refined and exfoliated is one of my biggest priorities with them (next is hydration).

This mask is an exfoliating mask containing extract from strawberries of which one of ingredients is salicylic acid (from wikipedia: salicylic acid is a key ingredient in many skin-care products for the treatment of seborrhoeic dermatitis, acne,psoriasis, calluses, corns, keratosis pilaris, and warts.)

That was the main reason why I really went for this mask. The mask smells very pleasantly, strawberry nice smell. I leave the mask for 5-10 minutes and wash with warm water after. Normally with exfoliating products my skin can irritated and pinky, but after this mask skin feels very smooth, comfortable and healthy.

 The herb yarrow (also an important element in this mask) I used to pick up from our garden when I was a little girl. You can hardly smell it's specific aroma, but it works amazingly in this mask as this mask (according to wikipedia) contains isovaleric acid, salicylic acid, asparagin,sterols, flavonoids, bitters, tannins, and coumarins.
The herb is purported to be a diaphoretic, astringent,^[30] tonic,^[30] stimulant and mild aromatic.

So if you are one of those you gets blocked pores, but don't want to do anything too drastic that could irritate, give this mask a try. And if you are a strawberry and pink lover, you just have to have this in your collection. Like, look at the packaging, just AMAZING:)
