How to find the right foundation?

It can be very tricky when coming to buy foundation, so in this video I am sharing main things to keeping mind when looking for your perfect one. I hope this helps:)

RealTechniques Miracle complexion sponge

I was just talking to my friend on Sunday how funny it is we change our makeup routines. We start with applying our makeup with fingers, then with foundation brushes, flat kabuki brushes and now the newest hit is sponge. I was a big sceptic and if you would ask me after first use, I hated it. But I converted:)
I have to confess that I haven't tried the famous beauty blender, just the cheaper versions which normally didn't work well, but found the RelTechniques complexion sponge which I absolutely love. 
I love the shape with which I can apply my foundation and concealer without cutting any edges. The result is better and easier than with more brushes that I would have to use. 
The used sponge on the picture has been abused for few months (I am not playing around with it, I want to see full potential;)) and the little piece is missing because I was really late doing my workout in the gym and was extremely rushing doing my makeup. Otherwise it was holding perfectly fine. I have heard that some people were having troubles while washing it, but I am very satisfied.
This has been my miracle worker for months and all RealTechniques products I have tried, I loved so far. Samantha Chapman seriously knows her stuff.

NOTW: Sensationail in Juicy Sangria

The time of the red nail manicures for Christmas is slowly here and as much as I love a good red manicure, with my weak nails sometimes I just have to go with a natural nailpolish as other just chip, break in a day or 2. 

I already mentioned my favourite Sensationail gel manicure and I just bought an extra colour in Juicy Sangria which is perfect red and I have it now for 5th day and my nails are looking amazing (obviously I love to brag about myself...:))

But let me just show you what basic but classic manicure I will be rocking this Christmas:

4 steps to perfect lashes

STEP 1: CURLING YOUR LASHES
Step that a lot of people skip, but make an enormous difference with how your lashes will hold a curl and you will look fresh and your eyes more awake and open. (Shu Uemura Eyelash curler)

STEP 2: PRIMER or LASH TREATMENT
Get a primer that conditions your lashes so they are strong and long everyday and your mascara will hold better and more even. (Ojon Lash restorative treatment and mascara)

STEP 3: MASCARA ON TOP LASHES
Apply mascara from root to tip, making sure you are getting every lash, try to wiggle it within the root and while going to the tip close eyes which will coat every lash and hold curl better. (Clinique High impact extreme volume mascara)

STEP 4: MASCARA ON BOTTOM LASHES Apply mascara with smaller wand for better application, coating every lash, from root to tip (no wiggling required;)) Make sure that lash length is covered. (Clinique bottomlash mascara) DON'T FORGET: To check after in the mirror to erase any imperfections with cottonbud dipped in a little bit of eye makeup remover or just cottonbud on its own.  I wish you Happy beautiful lashes, ladies:) PS: Even our lashes like a little bit of treatment, so while you are having a hair mask on, slap on some olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil or oil of your choice on your lashes to keep them beautiful and strong:)

I was never the biggest fan of summer, but this year it just somehow makes me feel so excited about getting colder. Wearing sweaters, burning candles and drinking warm teas and coffees just somehow feels so comforting and makes me wanna do shopping for Christmas somehow...?

But it doesn't end there. Makeup trends are changing, going for more coverage foundations, darker lips and don't forget the nails. 

I have applied my new favourite dark red nail colour that I got recently and I am in love. I am talking about Clinique a different Nail enamel for sensitive skins in Black honey. Clinique really  impressed me with the texture and easy application of thinner layers which dry super QUICKLY. And don't forget that it is for sensitive skins. So if you get reactions either on your skin or eye area from wearing a nailpolish, this might be your solution. 

With this particular colour I recommend applying two coats as with only one coats you are getting rather an ombre look.

Best bronzer for pale skin: Benefit Hoola

I didn't think that I would ever say this, but I have finally found the perfect bronzer. I am naturally a very pale girl and let me tell you, if you are really pale you can't work with just any bronzer. Or a good bronzer. You have to work with the best bronzer as you want to look natural, not orangey, reddish or having obviously applied bronzer. You just want to look naturally little bronzed and glowy.

And let me just say, when I was buying this bronzer and the girl Ana from Benefit counter applied the bronzer, I have received so many compliments how healthy, pretty I looked. And it is JUST a bronzer.

So let me say a little more about it.

It is lovely lighter brown (not orangey) matte bronzer which looks very light and natural on the skin. You can do contour and also allover bronzer if you wish.

Very easy to apply. I am actually using the brush that comes with it, which is normally not my cup of tea, but this one just works for me. And it is great for travelling. Easy, tiny and compact.

There is nothing bad I have to say. Whoever you are, looking for the bronzer, go for this one. I know you might think it is not the cheapest one, that's how I felt....do I really wanna have another bronzer that I don't use? Oh well, I definitely use this one. Everyday since I got it. LOVE:)
