As you could have noticed, I usually tend to write about products that I like and that are worth it for me to mention them. This time I am going to be talking about a product that has become my stable and I hope never leaves my makeup bag.
The talk is about Borjois Java rice powder. It is a loose powder that gives absolutely beautifully glow to the skin. I am normally the biggest fan of pressed powders as they are much easier to use, but I think I found my ultimate powder as it give smoothness, silkiness to the skin while I am having this amazing glow. I have constantly people telling me and asking me what I am using as even on the days when I don't feel best or had a little sleep time, the glow is there.
As Bourjois is celebrating their 150th birthday, they reinvented this cult classic from 1879.
How I use it: I put a little bit of the powder to the lid and apply it with MAC 137 brush. It is a flat brush so it picks up the product well, but because it is not dense, it lightly and evenly distributes it as well.
Recommended to: People who want illumination without looking greasy.
The last this I want to mention is the scent that is very light, but somehow feels very classic and gentle.
You can get Bourjois products in Boots and this powder retails for £9.99.
